The purpose of Printing Center Service (“the Seller”) is to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its client. If for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with his order, he can exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the day he received the products purchased on https://www.cremask.com/it .
the Right of Withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
It applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it can not be exercised in relation to parts and / or accessories of the Product;
The substantial integrity of the asset is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The Product must be kept with normal care and returned intact, complete in its entirety, free of signs of wear or dirt, must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of the supply of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods (eg personalized clothing products at the express request of the customer) or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly .

CONDITIONS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are met:

-) the products must not have been used, washed or damaged;
-) the products must be returned in their original packaging;
-) the returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products of the same order, returned and sent at different times;
-) returned products must be sent within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The products can be returned by shipping the package through the shipping agent you prefer according to the methods indicated by the Seller by e-mail. It is not possible to change the chosen product with another.
The costs of returning the return will be charged to the customer. If you have fulfilled all the conditions required, the Seller will reimburse you for the full price of the products purchased. On the contrary, if your return can not be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above, you will be contacted. In this case, you can choose to get back the products purchased at your expense. REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
